REPEAT
PRESCRIPTIONS
Please send or deliver your repeat
prescription form to the surgery or
telephone the repeat prescription
line on 479105 and your
prescription or medication will be
available after 2 working days.
Alternatively,
if we do not dispense for you,
enclose a stamped self-addressed
envelope and your prescription will
be sent to you. Requests for
medication cannot be taken over the
normal surgery telephone line.
DISPENSING
ARRANGEMENTS
The practice dispenses its own
medication to patients who live more
than one mile from a chemist.
The health service
regulations on this matter are very
strict and this service can only be
offered to those patients who
register as dispensing patients when
they join the practice or when they
move house.
We are also able
to offer safe disposal of any of
your unwanted or out of date
medication. Please give them to our
dispenser.
