ARE YOU EXEMPT FROM PRESCRIPTION CHARGES?

From 1st September 2008 any person collecting medication for themselves or another person will need to show evidence of exemption from prescription charges or they will be required to pay for the prescription(s).  Please ask the receptionists for details of what evidence is required.
