ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED

The surgery has been designed so that patients in wheelchairs may have ease of access to all facilities here. We also have hearing loop facilities for the hard of hearing.

PATIENT PARKING

We ask that when attending the surgery for whatever reason that patients park in the car park or in the other designated parking spaces. Please do not park on the roadaround the surgery, or anywhere that may cause an obstruction.

ZERO TOLERANCE

The practice operates under the NHS Zero Tolerance initiative. Therefore we will not accept violent or abusive behaviour towards any of the surgery staff or Doctors. In such cases the patient may be immediately removed from the surgeries list.

PRIMARY CARE TRUST

We are commissioned to provide Primary Medical Services to our patients by Bath & North East Somerset PCT , Trust HQ, St Martins Hospital, Midford Road, Bath. BA2 5RP. Tel 01225 831800. Details of Primary Medical Services may be obtained from them.

PATIENT AMENITY FUND

Donations to the practice are used for the purchase of equipment or provision of additional facilities.
