Appointments

Surgeries are by appointment only.

You may make an appointment to see the doctor by telephoning the surgery on 470880. For routine appointments it is better to see the same doctor so that you may get to know each other well. You will be offered the first available appointment. Urgent problems will be seen the same day, but not necessarily by the doctor of your choice.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, the patient has a duty to telephone and advise the surgery of this, giving the surgery as much notice as possible to ensure that the appointment can be used for another patient and not wasted.
We have special arrangements for HGV, elderly driver, sports, insurance and employment medicals. Please ask the receptionist for details.

TELEPHONE SERVICE

The doctors offer telephone consultations during morning surgery.

Please ask a receptionist, if you are unable to use this service but wish to speak to a doctor please phone between 11.30am and 12.00am, or at 3.00pm.

For results of tests, please telephone the surgery after 2.00pm. when the receptionist will have more time to attend to you.
